The trading app

Trading happens in the separate 369X app at 369x.win (opens in a new tab), not on this website. The app is governed by its own terms and policies, which apply when you use it.

Acceptable use

• Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload or gain unauthorised access to the website or its hosting.
• Don’t copy the website or present it, or any part of it, as an official 369X page somewhere else.
• Don’t use the 369X name, logo or content to mislead people, for example on phishing or impersonation sites.

Intellectual property

The 369X name, logos, text, diagrams and design of this website belong to 369X. You may use the official logo files as described in the brand kit (linked in the footer), and you may quote short passages with a link back. Other use needs our permission.
